Quick recipe steak with onions


  • 600 g of fine chuck cut into steaks
  • 10 teeth peeled and crushed garlic
  • 3 tablespoons () soy sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon (tsp) salt

Method of preparation:

In a large dish place the steaks and garlic. Mix well with your hands. Place the soy sauce, salt and pepper to taste. Mix again. Refrigerate for about 30 minutes to absorb the meat and garlic flavor.
