Recipe salad with yogurt sauce


  • 2 soup spoons oil
  • ¼ onion
  • Shredded carrot ¼
  • 2 crushed garlic cloves
  • 3 cups of tomato pulp with chunks
  • 2 tbsp chopped parsley
  • 1 tablespoon of butter
  • 1 cup ricotta
  • ½ cup fresh basil leaves
  • Salt to taste

Method of preparation

  • Add onion and oil in the pan over high heat and stir until golden brown;
  • Add the crushed garlic and let it brown;
  • Add the grated carrot and tomato paste with pieces;
  • Mix everything and cook in a closed pan for about 15 minutes
  • Add the butter, parsley and ricotta crumbled by hand and stir gently
  • Add the basil leaves and stir again
  • Boil for about 3 minutes and serve to its mass preferably
