  • 1 kg of cooked sweet potato and squeezed
  • 1 teaspoon (tsp) butter
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons () of grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup (tea) of wheat flour
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

  • 1/4 cup (tea) smell-green for dusting


  • 1 tablespoon () oil
  • 500 g of minced beef
  • 1 large onion
  • 2 cups (tea) of water
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 cup (tea) extract of tomato
  • 3 tablespoons () chopped parsley

Way of doing

Cook sweet potatoes in water without peel and squeeze still hot in a bowl. Add margarine, egg, Parmesan, salt, pepper and mix well. Add flour gradually to give point to curl. If necessary, add more. In a pot, heat the oil over medium heat and cook ground beef until browned. Add the onion and garlic and when wilt add the tomatoes and the extract. Saute for 5 minutes, add water and cook over low heat for 15 minutes. Add the parsley and set aside. Place salted water to a boil in a saucepan. Make rolls with the mass of gnocchi on a flat surface and lightly floured. Cut and transfer to a baking sheet. Pour slowly the gnocchi in hot water and remove when rising to the surface. Transfer to an ovenproof dish. Cover with the sauce, sprinkle the smell-green and serve immediately.
