Paçoca condensed milk: easy recipe


  • 1 sachet of condensed milk (395 g)
  • 500 grams of roasted peanuts, shelled and unsalted
  • 200 g of biscuit cornstarch

Way of doing

Mince the biscuit in a blender or food processor and set aside.

Spread in a peanut shape and light for 5 minutes at medium heat until color change. Remove the bark by rubbing them between your hands to remove them from the oven, and do the same procedure. Mince and add to cookie.

Add the condensed milk, mixing until a paste.
